Crafting Impactful UX Solutions for Users and Businesses - currently at Google

I lead UX design for enterprise products that serve global users, building the entire 0-1 product infrastructure from end to end at Google Cloud. Additionally, I have substantial experience in B2B and B2C monetization design for web and mobile platforms.

I enjoy simplifying complex business problems into intuitive user experiences through my critical thinking and skills in designing for simplicity.

I am currently leading the UX design of multiple enterprise SaaS/IaaS platforms within the Google Cloud Capacity Planning product area. My scope includes early product and design strategic planning, platform foundation and infrastructure building, designing near-term features, and inspiring future developments as the North Star.

As a design lead, I independently drive large, multi-year projects from inception to launch, navigating significant ambiguity along the way. I collaborate with global teams across product, business, and engineering, involving over 100 people, including senior director-level leadership.

The products are internal Google tools and cannot be shared on a public site.

I owned and designed high-impact UX projects in the core product team of the Reader Revenue Manager (RRM), such as  paywall prompting system, contribution pricing system and email configuration.

RRM, a B2B monetization tool, provides publisher solutions to deepen audience engagement and convert subscribers or contributors worldwide.

I was deeply involved in the end-to-end product design cycle, from early conceptual design and testing to launch. This involved close collaboration with multiple PMs, researchers, UX writers, and the entire engineering team across New York and the San Francisco Bay Area.

During my tenure, RRM's global active publishers grew 4X.

As a key designer in Google Play's monetization UX team, I played a vital role in creating a new offer center in the Play Store app. This innovative bottom-nav page leveraged Machine Learning models to offer users a personalized, one-stop-shop mobile experience for easily discovering relevant and useful deals.
Since its launch in 2022, the product has been adopted by 2 billion global users.

The implementation of this new offer center has led to a substantial improvement in Google Play's global retention rate and revenue.

Next Insurance is an online insurance provider for small businesses, offering policies to a variety of enterprises, from general contractors to personal trainers.

I served as a design system lead, assisting the company in building the NEXT design system and contributing to the design of pre-purchase UX by leveraging Machine Learning technology.

I collaborated with a global UX research team to validate the newly launched product icons, conducting quantitative and qualitative research on 100+ users across Europe and the US. Subsequently, I redesigned the product icons based on users' feedback.
